The two easiest way to go from Dubai airport Terminals  1 or 3 are;

1- By taxi which is very accessible as soon as you come out of arrivals is very clearly marked. It takes 30 minutes to rich your destination at The Palm Jumeirah.

2- Rental car. 

During your stay in Dubai if you decide to use public transportation to get around (in stead of car rental) you have the options to use either Taxi or Metro, however to reach the nearest metro station (Al Khail Metro station) you will need to take a taxi to get there. Keep in mind we provide you with free covered parking in the building's premisses.
